Smain joined Carter Bond Solicitors in July 2023 after having qualified as a corporate & commercial solicitor in 2022. He is also a French speaker.
Smain has gained experience advising and acting for clients within various different sectors, such as IT, property sales/lettings, engineering and health care. This includes corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, share swaps and management buy outs. Smain also advises on other general corporate/commercial matters such as articles of association and shareholders’ agreements. He has acted for a wide variety of clients ranging from business start-ups to large multinational companies.
