Paul has over 10 years corporate and commercial experience acting for dentists on a variety of legal issues. He has a particular focus on the acquisition and disposal of dental practices, having completing over 200 transactions throughout his career.
Paul has acted for a wide range of dental clients, ranging from private dental clients to one of the largest dental corporates in the country.
Having worked outside of the legal industry with his own business, Paul has a commercial mindset which helps him look beyond just the legal issues on a particular transaction.
In addition, Paul advises dentists looking to draw down their NHS pension and utilise the 24 hour retirement process as well as handling a large amount of incorporations (NHS and private).

Interests
Paul spends most of his time outside of work chasing his young son around the house and doing his best to convince him to support his beloved, Everton Football Club… which is a work in progress!
