Kunal qualified as a solicitor in March 2015, gaining extensive experience in various areas of law that include commercial property, land options and developments.
Kunal joined Carter Bond as a Consultant Solicitor in the Commercial Property department having worked on a wide range of transactions from leases of high street shops and offices to large site developments. He has had a range of clients including high net-worth investors, developers, business owners and property portfolio owners.

- Corporate refinance matter with a bridging lender involving a couple of sites, which required express turnaround. We managed to get the completed within 9 working days (start to finish).
- Commercial acquisition with part of the property being granted to a SSAS and let to a major franchise.
Interests
In his spare time, Kunal enjoys working on vehicles and completing DIY projects. More recently he has found his key to relaxation to be spending time with his family and friends.
