Kate has worked as a corporate healthcare solicitor for over 14 years, acting on the sale and purchase of care homes, veterinary surgeries, opticians, and pharmacies as well as the merging of GP practices.

Kate is an accredited lawyer at NASDAL.

Her specialism is in the sale and purchase of dental practices, whether that is acting for the first-time buyer, or a dentist looking to take retirement and selling a practice they have owned for 30 years, as well as acting for Rodericks Dental and the Dental Beauty Partners group, and family-owned dental groups.

Having acted on in advance of over 400 dental practice deals (and counting) with most, if not, all of her work, coming from recommendation.  As a result, Kate has acted for some notable dentists on well-known transactions.  Handling all aspects from the heads of terms to discussions with the NHS and the CQC, negotiating transactions in a fair and commercial manner.
