Gaurav joined Carter Bond in January as a Commercial Property Solicitor in our Commercial Property Department.
He graduated with a double undergraduate degree in Commerce and Law, both from the University of Mumbai.
Gaurav qualified as an Advocate and was called to the Bar in India in 2018. He completed his Legal Practice Course combined with LLM in Law and Business at the University of Law to be a dual-qualified lawyer in the UK and India.
Before joining the firm, Gaurav trained at a High Street firm and also gained litigation and dispute resolution experience in the UK with a barrister. He has also appeared before several courts in India, including the Bombay High Court.

In his personal time, Gaurav likes to play cricket and explore new restaurants. He also spent one year as a Rotary Youth Exchange student in Mexico, exploring the Mexican culture and meeting people from various countries.
