Eve joined Carter Bond as a Corporate Solicitor in September 2025, having trained and qualified at a London City firm.

 Eve has experience within the corporate healthcare sector, advising dentists, pharmacists, nursery owners, and care home operators on sales and acquisitions. In addition, Eve advises on a range of commercial matters, including shareholders’ agreements, loan agreements, and company formations.

During her training, Eve gained broad exposure to corporate work, as well as commercial litigation and commercial property. She brings this experience to Carter Bond’s Corporate and Commercial team, where she supports clients in navigating complex deals with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
