Connor joined our healthcare team in 2022 as a Senior Paralegal and has over 6 years’ experience advising clients in the dental sector.
Connor mainly deals with healthcare transactions and acts for many individual dentists and corporate bodies who are buying and selling practices across England and Wales at any given moment. His remit covers asset deals alongside share deals, and he is highly experienced when it comes to NHS practices. He also heads up our dedicated 24-Hour Retirement department and ensures clients NHS Contracts are protected fully while cashing out their pension benefits, before returning to work as normal.
Other practice areas include CQC applications, practice incorporation for dentists who wish to transfer their assets from their sole names into the names of limited companies and relocation of NHS Contracts.
Connor is in the final stages of his CILEx qualification and is working towards his goal of becoming a qualified Solicitor
