Carley trained and qualified as a Commercial Property Solicitor in 2016 before joining Carter Bond in October 2022.

Carley has acted for a range of different clients including commercial landlords, national organisations, business owners and property investors. Carley has niche experience in healthcare-related transactions, acting on pharmacy and dental practices sales and acquisitions as well as general commercial property sales, purchases and leases. She also has extensive experience in acting for commercial mortgage lenders and property refinancing.
