Callum joined our corporate team in May 2024 as a Senior Paralegal and has over 10 years’ experience advising corporate clients.

Callum predominantly deals with transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-out and buy-ins, with significant expertise in the healthcare sector, predominantly acting for pharmacists and dentists.  He also deals with incorporations, shareholder arrangements and commercial advice.
