Haaris trained and qualified as a commercial solicitor in 2024 in a City firm before joining Carter Bond in October 2024.

Haaris has experience within the healthcare sector having dealt with the buying and selling of dental practices, drafting shareholders’ agreements for dental corporates, and corporate refinances. Haaris also has experience within the property field, having drafted several leases, and dealing with the buying/selling of commercial units. Haaris is hoping to use the experience gained in both fields and put them to use within the corporate and commercial team. He has acted for a wide variety of clients ranging from eager entrepreneurs and small start-ups to large corporate entities.
