Nikesh qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and joined Carter Bond Solicitors in 2024. He handles commercial and corporate transactions involving the sale and purchase of businesses as going concerns. He routinely acts for clients in the acquisition and disposal of shareholdings in corporate businesses, with a special interest in the healthcare sector, including retail pharmacies and care homes.

Nikesh also handles and has a great deal of experience in all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, development agreements and property finance.
